on an fc how do you make the headlights stay down while they're on so they shine through the light thingy's above the turning signals lights

Question related to topic: Should the fog lights be on when the car is on? If my headlights are off, whether I turn the fog lights on or off, they stay on. As soon as I turn on the headlights, the fog light switch turns em on and off again. Does this sound like the PO required my fogs to act as daytime running lights?

 

Honestly I don't know how the fog lights work. I've never own an RX-7 with factory fog lights, and never looked at the wiring diagram.

 

im sure wiring up the fogs like that cant be too hard
