Looks like your throttle cable is too tight, you have a big vacuum leak, throttle plates are sticking, the cold start cam is stuck, or all of the above in any combination.
ok, and thank you for fast response. throttle cable is good. if by throttle plates you are talking about the butterfly's in th TB then they are fine as well. i was assuming that i had a vacuum leak. and not positive on cold start cam. so to better assistance do you have advise on trouble shooting the vacuum, and more info on cold start cam.
further info. the TB, plenum, and UIM gaskets are not there. after finishing the porting, rebuild, TB mod, and actuator block off, i installed the engine into the car gave about 10 mins. of double checking and fired her up. i know that i can go out and take some time a figure the problem and fix it, but nothing wrong with asking for advise or hints and tips.
i was positive that it either was the prob. or was part of it, just haven't been able to get out and work on her recently. i probably wont worry about putting the gaskets on seeing as in im getting ready to put new intake manifolds and plenum on the car.
