i recently got an 83 rx7. it came with a holly sniper on it and it will not start any tips?

 

need some back story. did it run on the sniper setup with the previous owner? check for fuel and spark. ecu may not be setup correctly.

 

as far as i can tell it idled but never drove after efi was installed. getting it to crank in the first place was super inconsistent. i tried resetting up the Holley wizard and got it to come to life once today. the screen showed the IAC at 100% and it was dumping fuel into the carb
