Holley Carb?

I'm new here---read alot about Holley on a 12a---have a stock motor with a ceramic header and custom stainless exhaust----Question? Is the holley worth it? have a 390 cfm with vacuum secondaries---will this work? anybody have experience with this?

thanks looked at it, but already have the holley---working on the intake---want to give it a try
