Exclamation Hi. Registered to seek help!

I'm Will. I come in need of help from you knowledgeable gentlemen. My dad has a 1991 convertible (FC) RX7. He did a NA to Turbo swap (FC turbo motor) with the NA auto tranny but it runs funky, so he wants to do a 5 speed swap (GOOD! ). I'd ask for you guys how to fix it, but it's too late, most of the 5 speed parts are all in, but what happened is that the car will shift passed 5,000 RPM, however it won't go passed 2nd gear... ok the car is getting a 5 speed now, s'all good. Here are the problems:

-The 5"x2" black plastic pipe that goes between the turbo to the intercooler has a frikken hole. What we want to do is trash that pipe, and get an aluminum one to install an HKS SSQV BOV in which he bought already. I found a universal pipe that might fit, but I noticed the stock one has this thin line coming out of it from behind/left side....goes to some sensor up top. I hate that hole, major boost leak there. Any idea what to do?

-The intercooler core is missing four bolts that mount on the motor, get those at the dealer I assume?

-The car has a microtech ECU. Since it's going 5 speed, is it safe to 100% completely remove the stock auto ECU? I have no idea if that microtech ecu is stand alone.

-Where in the blood hell can I purchase an intake kit? What's the best site to purchase RX7 parts?

-There are other issues as well...temperature gauge not working, horn not working, dont' know if the ABS and SRS work. Headrest audio buttons not turning on.

I want my dad to enjoy his now turbo RX7. I want to help him the best I can but I need help. If it would've been a Supra, no problem there!

Thanks in advance guys.
