I have went through the many write-ups on this conversion and followed the steps with the wiring and double checked everything.
I cannot get the car to engage the circuit opening relay through the CPU. when i manually ground the COR i can get it to engage and the fuel pump will run.my question is what is required to be input into the ECU for it to bring 1T to ground so the COR will engage?

It is a 93 FD but figured it out long ago appears that the neutral switch wasn't being recognized
