HELP!! Starter or engine blown?
I am trying to check for bubbles coming up in my coolant, but when I open the filler cap, the coolant is all the way to the rim (overflowing actually). It is like that whether or not the car is running or not, cold or warm. Why would it be doing that? Do I need to open another valve somewhere else for this test?
Still getting smoke which worsens as the car runs, and especially when I rev it at all.

Okay, so everything is pointing towards a leaking coolant seal. It must have flooded the engine initially explaining the no start, and is the reason I have so much white smoke, poor running, and almost empty coolant reservoir.
The only choice I really have is to try some block seal to get me by until I can repair things properly. Worst that happens at this point is that I am back where I am now if it doesn't help.

Just took this video after car had been running for around 15 minutes. Definitely getting bubbles and everything else is pointing towards leaking coolant.
The picture is the product I bought. Seems to be the best stuff I can easily get my hands on. Will it be safe to put in my car, and where should I add it to? (or should I just go exactly by the specifications?)
It is starting, not very well and running really rough. I am getting a lot of white smoke with a funny smell, dropping coolant levels, and bubbles coming up from the coolant fill lid (on the hose). Had a mix of coolant and gas come out of the lower plug holes when I unflooded, all signs that I have a bad coolant seal.
It is drivable, but I am nervous to drive it much or ad the block seal until I know for sure it is safe.

Yea it does sound like a leaking water seal, another thing s4/s5 13bt's are quite common for is corrosion on the centre / end plates (irons) causing the seal to leak. I have never used the block seal stuff on purpose because I would prefer to rebuild something and no it is right then continualy temporarily fix something and when it comes time to rebuild you have caused more damage anyway.
My recommendation ... talk to a professional and have it diagnosed correctly then if it is a water seal, strip the engine and rebuild. You may only require water / oil seals, springs and gasket set.
