Question Help please

hello all, i have 87 ss bongo running a 1980 12a jport with points dizzy
now wat i need to know is wat is the correct pionts gap i am wondering if its is 0.019 any and all help appreiciated

Points? Really? In the distributor? I've had a '79 and I don't remember this at all...

what do you mean please ellaborate as there is a mazda 12a under my seat and it sure looks like points under the dizzy cap any help and i say again help!! appreciated thanks alot

Thanks for the link...in this New Member Tech board, no one is allowed to simply say, "use the search engine"...take that to the regular boards, folks. In this board, either answer the question, provide some insight or provide the link, as was done above.

thanks i will download manual as soon as i have access to a computer that dosent run on steam, would take to long on this old beast.
so does no one actually now wat my gap should be, would be a great help as i kind of in the the stone age when it comes to computers lol

thanks for your help but want to know points (contact breaker) gap in dizzy not the gap of spark plug tho yol havent had chance to tinker but been thinking 0.45 is pretty big gap, would be intrested in your opinions if they are valid working on getting factory service manual but also wondering if gap would be different as mine has been jported
