Help with oem air box re installation

so, attempting to put the oem air box on for smog, there is one hose port on the right hand side of the box, what goes to that.

Your description isn't really detailed and pictures would be helpful, but I think you're referring to the vent hose. IIRC it comes out of the driver's side of the airbox and just loops underneath. It doesn't attach to anything...just vents the airpump and BOV.
