HELP Headlights wont turn off and Horn keeps honking

Haven't driven my car in a while bc it gets hot as heck down here in Houston during the summer. So my car wouldn't start, and I just naturally assumed i needed a jump. Jumped the car and now my horn wont stop honking, and the lights wont turn off.

Any ideas what it could be besides the fuses that is causing the problem?

sounds like an alarm issue..
BUT you would be helping yoursellf to STATE YOUR CAR SERIES!..

That would make my headlights and horn stay on? How do I bypass it? I did have the clicking problem when the factory system wouldn't let me start my car, followed the write up to by pass that
