ok so i got mad after buying a brand new tps and 2 use ones and my car still having the same issue with the car so i made the test tamp thing and found that i get 3 flashing light on the DCC1 plug so i looked that up and it come to Water thermo sensor. is there any way to check this to see if the Water thermo sensor is good ? any help would be great.

 

The FSM Fuel and Emissions section should have a resistance or voltage value you can test for either at the sensor, or at the ECU.
