help car won't start..

Hey guys I need some help, I have a 88 rx7 its been sitting for 2 years now andyears the last owner said he forgot he had that car so he gave it away to me but, I'm not familiar with the rotary engines soo the car wouldn't start I figure it was the pump and yea it was nasty, dirty and rusty. I have change the pump for a walbro, replace the fuel Level sensor , spark plugs wires and plugs clean the gas tank, replace the stock injectors for a t2 injectors and I have clean mostly the engine but the car still won't start? So please someone could tell me Wat I'm missing? Owat do I need to do?

a couple things.
Compression check the Engine (TONS of threads on that..happy Reading)

The TII injectors are Overkill and not even close to your initial 460cc injectors(TII are 550).That itself doesn't help you with your quest to start the car,if there is too much fuel being delivered.
Injectors have a Resistance rating of LO or HI so what were yours originally and what did you replace them with?

I did not see a Fuel Filter on that List of replaced parts..it is under your Feet basically..Driver's Side Frame rail where it meets the firewall..Under the car.

Besides overkill on the injector side of things, your fuel pump is too much for an NA. Once you address this try deflooding the engine in addition to testing for spark along w/checking the relevant fuses.
