VA Help!! Building an FD turbo manifold

I need to build a turbo manifold for my FD engine but I'm having trouble finding the info I need. Yes I am new and yes I used search but came up with nothing that helped. I plan on using a T45 turbo with a t-4 mount. I don't know whether I should use 1.5" pipe or 2" pipe and if it will be better for a split flange or collected flange at the turbo. I got that the 1.5 will create higher exhaust velocity at lower rpm but I am also worried about the back pressure and over temping the exhaust. After the turbo I plan on running 3" from DP back. I got it.. "just buy a header". This engine is going into an MG, the problem that I have with the exhaust is my steering column runs rite next to it. About .5" away if I use 2", and it needs to make almost 90 deg turn rite out of the manifold. Any help on this would be great because I'm stuck on what I want and what the engine needs.

You're asking for info that's generally beyond the typical audience in the New Member section...beyond me anyway. If you haven't already, you might try a search here:

Thanks for the help. I know it's a little out of the "new kid" league but I got to start somewhere. Just following the rules!

1.5" SCH 40 stainless, 304 or if you can weld it, 316.
