FL Help!!!!

my car blew the 80 amp cause someone tryed to jump the car with the wrong connectors on the terminal will this prevent my car from starting the lights came on but thats all i get

another question

how do i know if my motor is a SR5 or SR4 because it was swapped before i got it

Hooking up the battery backwards can fry every circuit board in the car. A toasted ECU will prevent the car from starting.

It's S4 & S5, not SR4 & SR5. The S just stands for "series" and refers to '86-'88 cars or '89-'92 cars. If the engine was swapped, manifolds and other components may not match the block, so posting a picture may help.
