Hi,
I have a 95 rx7 which I recently purchased and have put only a 100 miles on it myself since owning. it has 36k miles and a Pettit racing revamped motor. while taking a spin today, the 2nd turbo blew out on it. I had the engine properly warmed up and while getting into 2nd gear about mid rpms, I heard a clunk type/blow off noise and now the car wont boost at mid rpms...ive contacted Pettit and have emailed them pixs, any ideas what this could be ? Im worried that it maybe a major issue, and if so, I will probably have to ship the car from Maryland to Florida to Pettit for repairs, because I dont know anyone around my area that is a rotary specialist.
This car is beutiful but has already lived up to the love hate relationship. day one of driving it home, the rear seal in diff blew and I had to replace that and the entire driveshaft cuz the u-joint went bad.......what was i thinking.....

FIXED!!!
noticed that the intercooler hose going back to motor had come off of the plastic housing.. duh...slipped that on and problem fixed.
I didnt see it at first glance since it was slightly off.

I just resolved my turbo issue (hose slipped off) and now the car wont start at all. I have a battery draw in the car and leave the car battery disconnected when not in use. Drove car all day todaywith no problems. then went to leave the bank and absolutely nothing. it doesnt even make the clicking sound when the battery is dead. I had to bump start it because a jumper box wouldnt work. I got the car and home and put it on the charger, fully charged and still wont click.. makes me think something in the electrical or maybe a bad starter????????????????
. it shows 14 volt on volt meter and when i turn the key, not one sound. any ideas?????
anything i can look for before getting it to a mechanic?
