Help with 1983 Mazda RX7 Horn installation

So I just bought a 1983 Mazda RX7 that has been swapped to a 350 Chevy and I am having trouble finding the horn wires and mount, The cars previous owners weren't very neat about removing things to fit the engine therefore a lot things are missing and broken.
Ill try and answer questions to the best of my abilities.

The horns, one on each side, are located just forward of the radiator support. If you take the black radiator support top piece off, you should see the horns.

No real radiator mounts

So the previous owner hillbilly rigged this radiator on with plumbers strap so I'm glad I took a look at that because that needs to be fixed before I rip on it real hard, But I'm not seeing any mounts but mounting this thing isn't a big problem for me I just need help figuring out the electrical situation.

I don't have an answer for your electrical question, but I'd do a good thorough check-over of the car before taking it out on the street. It sounds like the previous owner shoehorned the 350 in there and didn't take the time to do things right. I bet it'll be fun once you get to ripping it around though!
