help

I just bolt a 86 Non-turbo. I'm missing a part on the drives kick panel, the connector has 13 or so pins. What is the name of the part, and can it keep the car from running?

There's several connectors in that region, and also several connectors in the car which have unpopulated components, so a picture at minimum would help. However, the power steering computer was located in that area and you may have manual steering.
