Question HEATER ISSUES please help!!

Hey i have a 1988 fc3s.it has the digital climate control,I recently had a new computer installed(Haltech) and have also removed the A/C,before all this the climate control worked fine!! Is there a signal wire to the standard ECU that has been missed????

From: tulsa,ok.
Pin 1E (Blue/Orange wire) of the stock ECU had an input signal from the A/C switch, and pin 1F (Blue/White wire) was the output signal to the A/C Main Relay.

so what do i do there...join them then hook them to an acc wire or what would be the best plan do you know??
