CT Heater is dead

I am newb so sorry in advance for my stupidity

I'm having a problem w/ the ac/heater thing.
Before today everything about the system was fine. I was charging the cars battery overnight because it was very low, so today I go to start the car, everythings working fine until my windows start fogging up, so I go to turn on the fan. I get nothing. No matter wat I do w/ the switches, it doesn't work. Not even that tiny blue light that comes on w/ the ac will turn on.
Checked the fuses... nothing blew

Are you sure you checked all the fuses? It sound's like it electrical so i would double check all the fuses again. If that still isn't the problem i would suggest getting a volt meter and tracing the problem. G/L
