heat not blowing

So my heat works but doesn't come out fast enough even when its on max... think its the blower motor or the heater controls? And also only on the passenger side when the heat is on it blows FREEZING air it might be the air outside since its cold and its only on the bottom by the feet so any help would be appreciated

What year is the car? On an S4 and S5 there is a relay for the highest fan setting called Ex-Hi relay. Enjoy the reading material if it applies to you and focus on the pertinent info related to the Ex-Hi Relay.

That's kinda strange... I've dealt with heater issues before, but I've not seen that specifically.
From your description, I would suggest pulling the fan motor and testing it. However, do the controls work? I.e., can you make it blow on just your feet, dash vents, and both?

Its an s5 all controls work but sometimes if I push the button for the face and feet the light flick until I pushed pretty hard don't know if that means anything... but ya only on the passenger side it does that and I noticed that if I put it so the heated sucks air from inside the car it blows hot....

Also make sure that your coolant level is up to par. Most cars will have a good gauge level while low but put out **** heat.
