Headlights stuck

what year car do you have? there is no tool required if you have a Gen 1 or Gen 2 car. i don't know if the Gen 3 car requires one or not, but i'd imagine it's probably similar to the previous generations.
at any rate, if you have a:
Gen 1 - there should be covered ***** right next to the motors, on the inner fenders, behind the lights
Gen 2 - you can access the manual control from under the front bumper
Gen 3 - again, i don't know, but it would make sense to check one of the aforementioned locations
