AB Headlights not working after DRL install

So I just picked up my 99 type R and drove it 800 km home today to find out this evening that my headlight switch doesn't turn on my headlights.
-It just had its out of province inspection done, part of which is to install daytime running lights for it to be legal in Canada.
-I can hit the button to make them go up and down
-If I pull back the light stick they pop up and go high beam, but when i let it go they turn right back off
-if I use the button, or flash my high beams, they pop up and stay up, however if i turn the switch to on and then back to off they go down
-I just had a remote starter installed as well by a different shop and they noted the headlights were not working before they began installing the remote starter (kinda annoyed they didn't mention it to me at all, although i probably should have read their paper before I left the shop)

so my guess is that the shop that did the out of province unhooked something somewhere wile installing the DRL's and forgot to hook it back up.
Does anyone have any knowledge as to where I should begin looking (driving 800 km back to the shop is not an option)
also are there any fuses that might cause this issue

In closing, the things I know are:
-they were not working after the OOP inspection
-at the very least the high beams are not burnt out
-the motor that runs the pop up houseings works fine
-the switch does make the houseings go back down and makes the running lights stay on when the car is off
-tail lights and dash lights come on as normal with switch

AB found it!

Figured it out after some searching and found a thread on here talking about a relay that is supposed to be right next to the fuse box on the LH side of the engine bay, went looking for it and found this...

Aparently someone thought they could save some weight by just removeing the relay completely...
Confirmed with a multi meter and bridgeing the connectors (and accidentally blowing one fuse ) everything works as intended, so now i just have to track one down

That shop must be a True RX7 DRL shop..!!!
they knew that by saving the weight of the relay you would gain 60hp and wouldn't need lights!

yeah...the USA parts aren't what im worried about...its the JDM ones im going to have to get since this beast is a 99 that are going to cause me to go bald...really wish someone had a translated S8 manual available on here, but i cant seem to find anything newer than a 95 lol, luckily they are relatively similar (i just hope i dont have any steering issues)
