Headlight question,...
because I plan on undertaking an FX retrofit soon.
I dont have my FD right now so i might as well post...

here's a simple one:
how are the lights adjustable? I assume you take that cover off from around the headlights when they are popped up and i can adjust the actual frame around the piece of the reflector...
AKA the black part that holds the actual lighting.

ALSO:
would anyone be able to measure the distance from behind the headlight to where the cover actually starts... in other words from the hole where you put the bulb and back to where it would hit the housing and not allow anything to be there?

From personal experience unless you have a specific information with a specific problem AND have looked at all the manuals, FAQs, and archives it is pointless to post a thread, you'll only tick off people.

Especially these kind of questions!

 

manuals wouldnt have the measures of the lights, this is the newbie section anyway, and this is a question i asked because i didnt have my car at the time... so i dont see the problem but either way i didnt get a response so it's cool. i'll figure it out.
