Exclamation Headlight Issues

Last night as I was driving home about 8 o'clock, I pulled up behind another vehicle and realized my lights were out. Both headlights.

I pulled over to check the usual suspects and I found the 30 amp Headlamp fuse was blown. So I walked over to the local auto store and picked up another fuse and replaced it. But it didn't fix my issue. BTW this is an '88 FC3S.

Now my next guess would be the relays, but I have had this car for a couple of months and I have no idea where they are. Basically my lights aren't working (high nor low beam) and the lamps are stuck in the up position. My running lights and brake lights work fine as well as the instrument lights.

I've tried the high/low switch and that didn't do anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These are in front of the radiator. Are these the retractor relays?

This is on the passenger side behind the headlight assembly? Which relay is this?

Just an update I was able to get the highbeams to come on if I held the hi/low switch down. Although when I was fiddling with the retract switch and my light switch it apparently burnt out both retract and head fuse.

Does anyone have any ideas? Does this sound like a bad relay?

And which relay would I look at?

Thank you in advance.

When looking at the engine from the front look at the second relay from the left which should be the headlight relay. The relay has 4 wires. Two are Red wires and the other wires are Red/Green and White/Blue. Check either Red wire, no key necessary, for battery voltage. If you find this voltage on the Red wire then take a jumper wire and stick it into the back of the White/Blue wire in this relay and touch the other end of the jumper wire to a ground like the alternator casing or negative battery terminal and the lights ought to come on. Sounds like the headlight switch and or headlight harness is burned which is common in these cars.
