Headache-sos

My 90 rx7 has been converted from a automatic to a 5 speed manual transmision,wnen i push the pedal down it wont come back up,and if the car sits for about 3-5 min.it works fine for about 10 min. And does it again....p.t. 2 where is the clutch adjustment located?help me please anybody.

I assume you're talking about the clutch pedal.

Your problem sounds like clutch hydraulics. It's either the master or slave cylinder failing, or a bad hose.

Best bet is to replace all three parts. Costs about $100 and takes an hour or so.

Did you use all new hydraulics? Did you properly bleed the system after installing them? It is either failed master/slave/hose, or air in the system, if they were not all new parts my money is on failed hydraulics.

In my experience, finding RX-7 parts at retail stores is nearly impossible. A good first stop for most factory parts is MazdaTrix.

Any auto parts store will have the master, slave and hose. It may take a day for them to arrive, but I've never had an issue buying these parts at any regular auto parts store.
