have problems with light retractors

I have a 1990 Gtu. I cant use my light retractors cause by morning my battary will be dead. So i just pulled out the fuse and leave my lights up, but i want them down when they are off.

Ouch....well, I'm releasing this thread but I'm a 1stgen guy, so we'll have to see what the 2ndgen guru's who haunt these New Member boards have got to say about your predicament.
