It depends on what exhaust tone you want(how loud the car is) and what you have done to the car. If you want a quite exhaust then get a racing beat twin tip exhaust. Also if you are getting rid of the catalytic converter and running a new mid pipe or resonated mid pipe then it is going to make the car louder. Just remember the three mod rule.

Adding too many bolt-on mods can cause your boost level to rise and exceed the fuel system capability. The result is a lean condition that detonates and destroys your motor. The stock ECU does not monitor boost level to adjust it back down for you.
The 3 mod rule says that 3 flow mods (list includes intake, intercooler, downpipe, cat, and cat-back) will cause your boost to rise too much.
To be safe, install a boost controller and keep your boost regulated to 10psi. I would do that after the 2nd mod and before installing the 3rd.
I happen to think the racing beat is an excellent cat-back if you want a clean stockish look with reasonable noise levels and excellent performance. It's not the maximum performance cat-back available, but it's an awfully good improvement over stock and it doesn't look rice at all.
