Ok, My car will not start. I unhooked the fuel line after the fuel pump. Turned the key. There was little to no fuel coming out of the fuel pump while trying to start the car. My car is a 12a rotary in a stock 1984 RX7. My though is that there is either a clog, bad electrical, or bad fuel pump. I'm pretty sure it's not a clog cause the pump made no noise or vibration. Is this conclusion correct?

 

it may be a dead pump relay. try jumping the relay and see if it works then.
