It's a 10AE (10th anniversary edition). Or at least it appears to be from the pictures. Someone could fake it, but it would be a lot of work. Search the 2nd gen section for info on 10AEs. They're highly sought after.

kinda like a 50th ae 300zx theys only one year and so many made..... my dream car is a10th ae tII. and if its rebuilt for 5k isnt bad. all white like most tIIs has all the 10th ae molding and it is a true turbo(it has the hood and all the turbo parts) very hard to muster up a 10 ae from just parts here and there. i beleive it for shure a tII 10th ae..... BUY IT....(if money is no issue) u may have to repair small wearable parts but in the end having a new rebuilt engine should easily make up for any repairs......

Also he mentioned its running a little ruff. He said the engine only has 30 miles on it. It also has 1 piece apex seals. He said the car doesnt like to idle correctly and it also has a slight miss when you lean on it ( around 3k rpm ). He took it to KDR rotary shop and the guy looked it over and said its your injectors or M.A.F. So the guy replaced the injectors and it ran good for about a day then started acting up again. Does this seem like a serious problem or is it just because the engine is not broken in yet? Or could it just be his M.A.F sensor

Maybe it could be the TPS is going bad or a bad vacuum some where. You need to know how bad it studders at 3000. but for the money I wouldnt pass up a 10thae bc if u put some love(money) if you know what i mean you could make it pretty solid.

Also there is a thread on here about 1 piece apex seals titled (1 piece apex seals?) search for it and read it. It might explain the rough idle.

i pay 76 a month one high risk insurance because i have like 3 no isurance tickets and i needed sr-22 insurance just to get my license back. so expect to pay something lower than that. this is with progressive.. note that gieco is a rip off imo. they wouldnt even cover my car when some lady changed lanes and wrecked me. her fault just dropped me i was like thanks dropme when i need u. progressive is alot nicer to me although i think allstate is the best.IMO

the guy just called me and he told me that the car is running a little better but it sounds like a vacuum leak and it does not accelerate smooth. He did say i runs and starts fine though. What could this be?
