Hi, I have an early model rx7 5speed in my Rx3 and the gear lever doesn't centre,
I think it is an early SA box , I can't find anything on the need to find out how to fix it.
Anyone able to help

 

There is a "spring" inside that goes around the shifter handle. It's not a traditional looking spring, more like a Z shaped It goes aroind the block the shifter handle sits in. Take the four bolts that hold the shift access panle off, remove the shifter. Get the Factory Server Manual or part manual here and it will show it. Foxed.ca
