like wacky sez, you will need to drop the tank to see/access the lines. There are FOUR of them and you WILL want to photograph/note which go where!!!!!!
make sure tank is as empty as you can make it since cradling/lowering a tank with fuel sloshing is a real handful!! I supported mine with a piece of 2x4 and a jack to lower it once the 2 straps are released that hold up the tank.
Easiest way to drain tank (NO drain plug on 79s!!) was to remove the driver side plastic gravel shield in the wheelwell and remove the fuel float assy. Drain from this hole...
