Ive fried one of the fusible links on my 84 12a. Has anyone had any issues with a failing fuel pump causing a short up there? The pump had seemed to be getting louder before i had to tear the engine down for a rebuild from overheating, so its my best guess, but im not sure if they could be related at all.
