fuel pump not working

I just replaced the wiring harness on my non turbo 88 rx7. The fuel pump is not working. I am missing the fuse box cover, so I don't know which fuse is the fuel pump.
The reason for replacing the harness was it burned up. So maybe a fuel shutoff was engaged?

How are you testing the fuel pump? It will only run if the engine is running.

You will find an image of the fuse box cover in the 2nd gen FAQ.
