Question Fuel pump gets no power

Hey there guys, I just bought this 1988 fc rx7 and i need a little bit of help since I’m new to all this. The fuel pump is not getting any power,I checked all the connections with a volt meter and nothing, I understand that there’s some type of fuel pump relay behind the passenger side headlight so I decided to check that with the voltmeter and nothing on any of the connections when I checked with the voltmeter. If I remember correctly the guy said the car has not ran for more than a year, all the wires seem to be there and the clips but it seems like there’s some stuff missing to what the clips connect to. Any help would be appreciated thank you guys.

You can jump a connector and force voltage to the pump.
Start by troubleshooting the fuel pump relay/fuse
