Fuel Issue
I have a '91 fc
I can get it running on starting fluid but the car instantly dies out.
I'm getting fuel while the engine is cranking but when I turn the key on engine off fuel pump will not prime.

It is not supposed to kick the pump on when you have the ignition at ON..
The Fuel starts when the Car's ignition is set to key on/START Position.
The Air Flow meter then moves and tells the ECU to keep the fuel going.
So you can check fuel by jumpering the fuel check connector or moving the internals of the AFM to simulate air flow.

I know they have that resistor for the fuel pump and I think 2 other relays could I bypass that and get 12 volts from the battery with an online switch?
