Fuel cut defender rapid spark.

Fuel cut defender rapid spark.
After working around wiring and checking all leads and connections everything is wired and all fuses are fine.
I turned the key got everything checked over for warm up and heard my plugs going off rapidly, then i disconnect it as it wasn't a problem before.
I havn't read this problem anywhere or even in install guides as it never occured.
I tested it with another defender and it had same problem, but no smoke or nothing just kept firing off.
I disconnected it and wa-la, silence and my car didn't stall when I turned the key with my foot off the gas. (A previous problem as I think it was cutting and stalling the car on every start up)
Any ideas?
My TPS is at 1.6k olms which works out to a rough 1,000rpm idle after a smooth 1.5k "5-10sec start up".
Only thing I can think of is something I might have changed as it was working without going off like a repeeder 3 days ago.
(Stock injectors, new plugs/wires)

Yeah, Iv'e been told it was beacuse of it's last setting so that im eather over or under.
As of now it runs very well after I fixed the "rough idle/stalling" (Vacuume line <was the problem on intake>)
Seems to be fine without it. Ill keep it their but not bother throwing it.
