Unhappy Frame Problems

Hey guys i was workin on my sa and when i was raising it with the spare tire jack the frame buckeled in on itself, has this happened to anyone else?? and is there a safe way to remove the dent??

The frame is not a lifting point. The pinch welds directly in front/behind each wheel is.

If it is just minor damage, you can probably use a set of Vice Grips to bend it back. If it is larger damage it may take a significant amount of pounding with a backing dolly and a large hammer. It all depends on how the damage is done.
