need some insight.

fmic. i was going to order the greddy wanna be ebay kit online and also order a downpipe and exhaust from ebay. Before everyone kills me over it, there is a reason. I am not sure if i want to keep the rotary engine, it is going to need overhauled soon, and i am new to them. so i may end up swapping the car. still up in the air, so i want to push the rotary to 10 psi and see if i like it. its bone stock as of now.


is anyone running 1 or all 3 of these parts from ebay? I just dont want to spend 3k in name brand parts just to dump the drivetrain. if i love the 13b, i will end up getting better parts.

so thoughts, dealings, video clips what do u have on these products.
ebay fmic, downpipe, exhaust.

do you have an aftermarket ECU ? do you plan to get one?

I'm not sure if the FC , has a precats but that would be a prformance upgrade.

 

First of all you really want a fuel cut defender if you're going to increase the boost, if not you'll get fuel cut which will potentially blow up the engine.

10psi really isnt alot of boost, especially if you have an s5 (89-91)

 

The full mod list will be . Exhaust. Intake. Fmic. Fuel cut defender. Mbc. Fuel pump. Wideband. And something to tune with. But i have pretty much everything besides fmic. Exhaust downpipe.injectors tuner.
This is why exhaust and fmic will be ebay. Im not going to just slap things on and run her lean. My engine and car is all s4

 

look up CxRacing then,they have cheap intercoolers and pipe.

 

dont make one for my car, godspeed seem to make the only decent one for cheap.as well as some knock off greddy but it looked just like the godspeed one. which is also a greddy knock off

 

There are definitely better ways to get that 2 psi lol

 

I got a obx-r single path and the sound is amazing plus its nearly half the cost. Deffinatly freeing up exhaust as I had to port my wastegate soon I dropped this in
