Flooding, fuel cut switch

Could someone please tell me the easiest way to install a fuel cut switch, where and what to splice into in detail. I'm tired of my car flooding and I need a quick solution for now. Please help.

People have said that kicking the revs up just as you shut it off will prevent it from flooding. I know 3 different FC owners who did that and vouch it worked for them.
