Flip up lights & Ice

So I live in the frigid North and since today snkw was melting I thought I'd turn on the 7 and flip up the lights.. Not realizing they were frozen shut. The driver side went all the way up but the passenger side went up an inch and stopped.. Now only the drivers side works.. Any suggestions on how to get it working?

Motor could be froze too, wait till it warms up and try again......or move it to a heated garage and let it thaw

Yeah I'm currently trying that, it's weird though because I don't even hear it trying to move.
