Fixed My Wipers

I followed the replacement procedure at this site for replacing the relays and now the wipers work like new. I used braided solder remover with a 30 watt soldering iron to remove the old relays. It takes many repeated applications of the braided rope to get all the solder off. If the relay does not come out easily, just hit it with the braided rope again. I was an electronics technician in the Navy for 25 years so I have done this many times before. If you can find liquid flux, the process works much better. Good luck, it is not that difficult to fix those wipers.

Good to hear the website got you through that! What generation RX-7 are we talking about, though? Mind you, this question is only necessary since we're still in New Member tech where everybody's all tossed in together!
