FINAL Wheel And Tire Help (yes another one :P)

K so after lots of research and going form not knowing anything about wheels and tires to grasping the concept I would like some Prof advice for my final selection to make sure I didn't miss anything!

Ok, for wheels I decided on Enkei PF01 18" wheels.

Front is 18"x9" 5/114.3 with a 45 offset in the front... or should it be 35?
Rear is 18"x9.5" 5/114.3 with a 45 offset

For Tires I choose Kumho Ecstas Xs (Ku36)

Front 245/35/18
Rear 275/35/18

First Question is, do the offsets for the wheels I choose look correct (offsets still kinda confuse me )

2. should I go 265/35/18 in the rear or will the 275 fit fine?

3. Question that gets asked all the time, Will I have any problems with this fitting pefectly without any rub.....

If this is wrong recommendations for good fit without fender roll or spacers plz.
Thanks.

Why don't you want to roll your fenders? You'll never be able to achieve a flush fitment and be lowered at all without one. Just sayin.

If you're planning on going widebody, why waste money on a set of wheels that'll look like **** once the wide fenders are in?
I'd roll on the stockies until I was finished with the body work and save myself a G or so.

To answer your question, tho, yes, those offsets will fit.

When you DO get the wide body finished, the 350Z forum is a great place to find a set of wheels that'll fit.

OK I decided to go with 245/35/18 front and 285/30/18 rears, I have been reading the wheel fitment threads and he states that

Conservative 18 in set up (I would assume that this would fit Stoptech brakes but I don't know)

18x8.5 +40 Front
18x9.5 +38 Rear

Allows you to run a 255/35 18 front
A allows you to run a 285/30 18 rear

But the wheels im looking at only come in a 18x8.5 with a 30, 35, or 48 offset... I used the excel program off here and 30 will rub 35 is, ( Tire clearance, outside (in.) 0.12 in is that to small? and 48 is way to far off I think.

Could I run that? or would I need to go 18x9 with a 45 offset??

Ive been at this for days, diggin through every forum...
I just wanna know if this will work....

Front- 245/35/18 with 18x8.5 +35 offset
Rear- 285/30/18 with 18x9.5 +45 offset.

plz help... my head hurts lol.

Those offsets will work.
How about a squared set of like 18x10's or 9.5's so that you can rotate your tires? That's one thing I wish I would have thought about when I got my wheels. Tire wear.
