ID few questions

ok first off please dont get to mad at me im a ford guy who picked up an 81 rx7 as a driver while working on the old mustang but i fell in love and now the rx is up for the revamp and well i have no idea what to do with it so here goes...

A) i can not for the life of me id what model it is.. it doesnt have any badges on it at all. it does have drum rear and a sun roof and is a 12a car.. can anyone help?

B) is there a lug nut conversion/replacement kit? almost all of my heads have either fallen off or are really loose.

and just an off the wall question cause it made my brain hurt i have a set of mazda speed seats that will bold directly into a 66 mustang but wont in the 81 rx.. epic fail?

Probably a GS model. If you want an LSD you'll need to swap in either a GSL rear end which will also give you rear discs, or a GSL-SE rear end which will do the same but also change the bolt pattern to 4x114.3. You can get screw in lug studs and new lug nuts to replace the lug bolts. I don't remember the thread pitch off the top of my head though. The seats were probably made for a 3rd gen RX-7. A little fab work and you should be able to get them to bolt in. Many people have put stock FD seats in the first gen.

ive already done the fab i just thought it was odd how they fit the mustang...

and on that rear end swap does anyone know if a) i can swap to a 2nd gen as in close to a direct bolt up and b) if its worth while? cause the local pull and pick yard has a few. also is it worth putting on the beehive oil piece.. it looks as if mine had it at one point
