I have a '93 fd and i noticed that the second turbo doesn't work properly. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be? Thanks

 

It could be many things which makes it difficult to diagnose and fix. Your best strategy is to read the links in the 3rd gen FAQ thread stickies in this forum and start working through the troubleshooting procedures. Took me a year working on off to get mine fixed when I finally gave up and took it to a local specialist.
