Unhappy FD3S Boostproblems or others?

Hey guys,

i'm Willi from germany and imported a FD3S last year from Japan.

Now its making some Problems and i couldnt find the issue :/

Here are three videos how its going:

- Checked with an aftermarket boost gauge and looks like it wont goes more than 0,1 bar :/
- Checked the pipes from turbo to throttlebody and didnt find any broken parts
- Checked the pressure Chember
- Cleaned the throttlebody (without removing the TPS)
- Changed some vaccum lines under the intake manifold and checked Pressure Chamber
- Checked the Turboactuators, moving without problems
- checked Turbos
- Runned without MapSensor, runs without like a peace of Sh*t
- Runned without Checkvalve from Mapsensor, nothing changed
- Checked Fuelpump and changed Fuelfilter
- Checked Groundcables from engine an battery

Could anybody say whats the problem ?

^This by itself is normal. You need engine load to build more boost.

As far as the stumbling/cutting out, my feeling is that it's an ignition issue. I would start at the crank angle sensors (CAS), particularly the wiring, which is shielded. I THINK the Factory Service Manual has some guidance. The FSM is available for download (in English) in the 3rd. Gen. FAQ sticky. Also check the trigger wheel. If all is OK, I might move on to coils, coil harness, plug wires etc.
