Stock rotors work just fine, performance wise.
Slots and drills might help a little, sometimes, but many regular track dawgs simply use plain rotors. The slotting and drilling only costs more and seems to be a less durable rotor. Some guys will even use the super-cheap ones from Advance Auto, and know that for less than half the price it will last almost as long as a better one.
Personally, I find Napa to be fine. Brembo blanks are good too but there are so many knockoffs using the name Brembo I'm not sure I'd buy those anymore.
