I was just wondering if my 93 Touring edition came with a rear strut bar? I know only the R1's got the front one.

Yes, ALL FD's were equipped with a rear shock tower brace.
If you have the rear hatch divider, it snaps against the brace. Pop the small plastic triangle shaped caps over the shock towers and you'll see the brace attached with common shock bolts.
