fd rear noise

my fd was parked for about a year with a blown motor. recently swapped in a good motor to get back up on the road. but over the last couple days there is some type of banging noise and it feels like that brakes are binding up. but today the sound level and vibration jumped way up today. Just taking the car for short drive so i can try and sort out whats wrong. here is a short video of the noise. the squeeky part is my hatch and audio in the back. ( thats on my list to fix too)

any ideas?

In this order I would...
*Check wheel lugs for looseness.
*Check tires for ply separation/bulging sideswall or tread surface.
*Check half-shafts.
*Check Drive shaft u-joint

How are the tires? It sounds much worse than flat spots but I would look into it.

mine turned out to be the rear calipers needed to be rebuilt. the piston was not retracting. One of mine could not be rebuilt so I picked up a used set and rebuilt them and had the rotors turned.
