Unhappy FD no-start

Hi, to every body, new to the club, but always & forever a rotor head .
Recently I just rebuild my FD motor and got new turbo on it. This is my 3rd
engine build for me and this time I got very good used low miles S5 housing
and new mazda seals and springs. However after driving the car in the shop
to do the work now I can drive the F-ing thing out. I can get it to start
Checked for spark, good, gas, I have, and air. The power FC works I think, the
hardware is good, I can see all the sensors and they all give out a normal reading.
Good a new battery in the car, red top optima. I can crank the engine out of the car almost, so there is compression. But for some reason I can get it to fire.
Can any body help me out please, any ideas of what to check next.
It sounds like there is no brain to the car to me, all do the computer
seams fine, but I'm not an expert.

Brand new engines may need a push start to get going, especially if untuned.
