FD low idle then dies
I just got the car back from the dyno in phoenix and didnt really run it with E85. I had to leave to go back to vegas. Car is a bitch to start, takes two cranks to get it started, then I have to rev the car to 2K rpm's to keep it running for a min or two. After that the car runs fine until its fully warmed up. When going to stop, the motor will almost if not completely die, but if i rev it up and let the rpm;s slowly fall it will stay running.
Car is a 94 FD with street port motor and single turbo
1000/2000cc injectors and 044 fuel pump
running NGK9's X4 changed about 1K miles ago
Just wondering if running E85 i should change to hotter or colder plugs? or do i have a different problem? Thanks for the help guys.

Sounds like you have a combination of problems. My first suggestion is to check the mechanical settings on the throttle body. The throttle plates probably are not properly adjusted allowing too little air through at idle. Throttle body mechanical settings affect the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). Check that after checking the TB mechanical settings.
There is at least one thread in the 3rd gen FAQ on the topic of TB settings and TPS settings.

The procedures for both are also in the Factory Service Manual.
Tuning could also play an issue but I'd check the above first.

Like Whiplash in a Bottle
Hi, I'm not too clued up on the Single turbo but my 93 FDS had a similar problem, it turned out to be the fuel sensor that was malfunctioning, either telling the ecu that there wasn't enough fuel going in and so flooded the engine.
